How can I use this video in my marketing mix?

There are a number of ways to leverage Alliance Spaces videos. Here are just a few:
1. Place the video on the home page of your website
2. Link to the video from Twitter and ask people to retweet if they like it (or even if they don’t)
3. Put the video on your Facebook page
4. Play on video screens in your center
5. Put a link to the video on your LinkedIn account. Ask your network for comments about it, or start a discussion about it
6. Place the video prominently on your blog and write about how you provide services in context of the video’s message
7. Place a link in the signature line of your and your staff’s emails
8. Include a link to the video in all your outbound email campaigns to prospects and clients (landlords and brokers, too)
9. Ask the chamber of commerce or local business groups to feature the video
10. And much more… ask us for more ideas.

What will the future videos be about?

We have a number of great ideas, some of which are already in production. They will all be creative takes on industry benefits. From the very articulate and funny illustration of flexibility in business centers in the “Screwed” video, to the fast-paced “Collaboration” which showcases the idea of how business centers facilitate collaboration, our videos will send memorable messages to all viewers.

Can I distribute these on CD or put them on my Youtube channel?

In order to have the highest quality product at the lowest cost, Alliance Spaces has a strict licensing agreement that only allows the use of the video using the Alliance Spaces custom player.

Can you create the videos in a different language? Can you customize for my market?

In order to deliver this video product at the lowest cost possible, we have only created American English versions of the videos. We can, however, customize the branding board messages in any language as an added option. Also, we can subtitle on a custom basis as well. Please talk to your Alliance Spaces representative for details.

How does the subscription process work?

Our videos are released every 3 months. When you subscribe at the beginning of the cycle, you get the video that is currently running for 3 months, then once the next comes out, you get the second and also get to keep the first one. If you subscribe in the middle of that 3 month cycle, we will try to prorate you to give you access to the currently running video, but most often we will start you at the beginning of the next cycle. Once 12 months have passed you will have 4 videos in your library.

Can I use multiple videos at one time?

Yes, however there is a small additional cost for having access to multiple videos at one time if they have different logo or branding board messages. Please talk to your Alliance Spaces representative for details.
